Poor customer service hits dealer profitability
Poor customer service could be costing the average UK dealerships up to £70,000 per year, according to new research.

One in 10 customers are dissatisfied with the aftersales service they receive and this is costing dealers deaer.

New research

The research from Shell Lubricants and Peak Software, based on 180,000 responses to a customer satisfaction survey, found 47 per cent were unhappy with the efficiency of service, 24.6 per cent with the condition of the car, 17 per cent with value for money and 11.4 per cent with the helpfulness of staff.

Shell Lubricants teamed up with Peak software to launch LoyaltyDriver, a tool claimed to help dealers customer satisfaction "accurately and instantaneously".
